Attorney Kaley Sorgi has been practicing law in Massachusetts for over a decade. As an undergraduate at Tulane University in New Orleans, Kaley developed a passion for criminal justice. She began her law career working in the Orleans Parish District Court in New Orleans, and later worked at the Boston Federal Public Defenders while attending Boston College Law School.

At BC Law, Kaley’s focus shifted to family law and estate planning. Upon graduation, she began working with her father-in-law, Lou Sorgi, Jr., joining his mission to spread knowledge and access to estate planning tools across the Commonwealth. A regular panelist at estate planning seminars across the state, Kaley’s approach to Estate Planning centers on client empowerment.

Kaley Sorgi has drafted hundreds of estate plans representing a wide range of family and individual situations. She works extensively with clients to understand their family situation and needs. Each Estate Plan is more than a set of documents- they are powerful tools which Kaley makes sure her clients are prepared to use actively for the benefit of their family.

From her unique position as an attorney in a multi-generational family firm, Kaley looks forward to helping clients and their families work together to plan for a bright future.
